Trout Creek Flies/Green River Outfitters Green River Fishing Report 7/22/2011

Top water fishing is GREAT!!!  Little Hole is covered with yellow sallies and brown caddis.  Evening fishing from the bank at little hole is as good as it gets — large fat browns and agressive rainbows hitting drys!

Guides and other floaters report sucess nymphing in the morning and drys in the afternoon.

Flows still remain at 4650 cfs and are expected to remain at that rate for the rest of the month.

Green River Flows and Fishing Report

Guides report that the fishing is good even with the  flows at 8,600 cfs. They are getting some good size fish, fishing down deep. The weather has been sunny and cool. The trail is underwater in places, but the guides trips are doing great.
